ANTIPOLO CITY, Rizal (PIA) —Employees of the Antipolo City Agriculture Office (CAO) underwent a Capability Training on Data Banking Program initiated by the city government recently.
About 20 CAO employees were instructed in new methods of data banking in collecting, storing and segregation of data and other documents under the supervision of resource speaker and IT consultant Antonio Pedraza last August 10-11 at the Antipolo city hall.
City Agriculturist Dr. Cleotildo De Asis headed the training together with other employees who also serve as Agricultrual Extension Officers (AEW). AEWs are tasked with handling of data of the said office.
Also present during the training were City Vice Mayor Josefina Gatlabayan and Councilor and Committee on Agriculture Head Antonio Masangkay.
City Mayor Jun Ynares also noted in a statement that it is important for the city to have new innovations in data banking in order to effectively deal with information for quicker and more organized government projects.
