Breakfast is the most important meal of all and we all heard that for sure. Studies have shown that when you skip breakfast in the morning can be linked to an increase in heart disease risk, stroke, diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure. With these known benefits of eating breakfast, you'll surely won't skip this meal again. Here we have delicious breakfast you can add to your choices.

1. Burrito

If you want to start a day with a spice then, burrito if for you. Burrito is not only tasty, it's also healthy! While other burritos may have a lot of meat, you always have the choice to use alternative meat like using tuna instead red meat and this actually depends on your taste buds. You always the choice to go healthy!

2. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is one of the common meals for a breakfast. It is rich in fiber, complex carbohydrates, whole grains which will definitely keep you energized and your tummy satisfies. If you are busy and got no time preparing your breakfast, oatmeal is the deal. It is very easy to prepare. You can even prepare it a night after by combining Oatmeal with either yogurt or milk and add in nuts or fresh fruits for that added flavor, put in the fridge overnight and voila! you already have an on-the-go oatmeal breakfast.

3. Green Smoothie

Having a greenhouse smoothie is definitely a powerhouse. If you want a real fast and an easy way of getting veggies, fruit, proteins and healthy carbs in one easy to prepare to serve then you should go for a smoothie for your breakfast. This smoothie has bananas and kale for energy and antioxidants, omega-3 enriched canola oil, and yogurt for a creamy and smooth texture.

4. Pancakes

While most of the pancakes are carb-packed which you might want not to indulge, you might want to try protein pancakes. This is not your usual pancake for sure since this is made with eggs and nut butter.

5. Fruits and Cottage Cheese

Cottage cheese is just all you need. A cup of 1 % low-fat cottage cheese contains 28 grams of protein. You can just add fruits (fresh or frozen), nuts or almonds and some cinnamon and you're off to go.
