Damage is injuries to the body. Injury might be brought on by hits, weapons, falls, accidents, and different causes. Real injury will be harm that can possibly bring about prolonged disability or death.

Injuries are the most Common part of our life. It is our routine affair. We use to come across them in a regular fashion. They are hazardous for our health. They should be prevented in order to avoid their harmful effects on the human body. Now we will discuss the ways of preventing abrasions:
Knowledge About Weak Parts of The Body

We should be aware about the fact that which part of our body is weak and defective. If we are well known about the fact that our foot is weak or defective then we should not run and use stepper otherwise our foot will be injured which is not good for our health.
Guidance

Girls do work-out in gym for reducing their weight and boys do work-out in gym for building their body. During these work-outs if we do any exercise in a wrong manner, then we have to face wounds and damages. We should be guided by trainer to do the exercise in the right manner so as to protect our body from bleedings and lesions.
Age

The work-out depends on the age of the individual. If the person is young then he or she can do heavy exercises and it will be good to shape his or her body. If the person is old then he or she should do light exercises otherwise he or she has to face gashes which affects his or her bones or muscles harshly.
Proper Warm-up

At the time of exercise he or she should remember that he or she should have to take proper warm-up exercises as warm-up exercises provides relief to our bones or muscles thereby reducing the possibility of sores.
Avoid Overdoing

If a person does an exercise then although it is good for perfectism but overdoing of exercises stretches his or her muscles and thus increases the possibility of wounds and damages. Thus we should do exercise in a proper amount, thereby reducing the chances of gashes.
Rest

Proper and sound sleep should be taken after doing so much of exercise as rest relaxes our body and we are not in the danger of getting injured. If rest is not taken by an individual then his or her muscles are stretched and make the body more prone towards sores.
Accidents

Accidents are the most common happening in our living world. They should be controlled in order to save life and protect the individual from abrasions. For avoiding accidents we should wear helmets, drive slowly and should follow all the traffic rules.
