DAR distributes CLOA to 434 agrarian reform beneficiaries

SAN NARCISO, Quezon -- Department of Agrarian Reform OIC-secretary Rosalina L. Bistoyong along with Undersecretary Karlo S. Bello of the Field Operations Office led the distribution of Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) to 434 agrarian reform beneficiaries in a program held at the municipal covered court of this town recently.

“Masarap sariwain ang mga pinagdaanan bago ninyo makamit ang tagumpay na ito, sana lang maisip ninyo rin na ang tagumpay ay hindi para lamang sa inyong sarili, ang tagumpay na ito na inyong nakamit ay mas higit na kabuluhan sa mga susunod na salinlahi kaysa sa atin, para ito sa kinabukasan ng ating mga anak at higit pa doon, marami sa inyo ang naghintay, nanalig sa Diyos, kasunod sa DAR at sa proseso ng agraryo,” OIC-secretary Bistoyong said in her message before the agrarian reform beneficiaries.

DAR- Quezon II information officer Joseph Cacanindin on the other hand said the program beneficiaries came from the municipalities of San Narciso, San Andres, and San Francisco, Quezon.

The 883 hectares of land distributed is part of the 1,269 hectares total area to be distributed to 434 agrarian reform beneficiaries, he added. (GG/Ruel Orinday, PIA-Quezon)
