Lucena City - The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP Lucena) continues to conduct an in-depth investigation of the origin of the fire in a fast food chain in the well-known mall of the city. A well-known fast food chain, known as Mang Inasal, is located inside the Pacific Mall in Lucena City.
According to the statement issued by the ongoing investigator on the incident, Senior Fire Officer III Winsor Oñate of BFP Lucena has recently estimated the amount of fire damage.
The SFO III Oñate clarifies that the amount of damages may increase after discovering the indirect damages or damage caused by water and smoke and not because of fire.
The fire broke out at the Pacific Mall in Lucena town, Quezon province Tuesday night. According to the Lucena Central Fire Station, the fire was reported at around 6 pm on the spot.
There were fire bombers but when they arrived, the fire sprinkler was killed.
