LUCENA CITY - Bureau of Immigration agents and police operatives on Wednesday night arrested an American tourist who has been wanted in the United States for sexually assaulting his own daughter.
Quezon police director, Senior Supt. Osmundo de Guzman identified the foreign national as Adrian Dean Eddings II, 44, security officer and resident of 50328 S. 36500 Rd, Caveland, Oklahoma City, USA.
Armed witn an arrest order issued by Fourteenth Judicial District of Oklahoma City, USA for the crime of rape first- degree with no recommeded bail bond, De Guzman said the suspect was arrested at Bgy. Gulang- Gulang at 8:30 p m. by joint elements of the Bureau of Immigration led by Fugitive Search Unit chief Bobby Raquepo, PNP Regional Intelligence Division under Supt. Serafin Fetalio and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) of Lucena City police station under Supt. Reydante Ariza. De Guzman said the suspect did not resist when accosted by the lawmen.
Ariza said the suspect was later taken by the Immigration agents.
