LUCENA CITY - For the month of April, the Quezon Police Provincial Office (QPPO) was adjudged as the best performing provincial office in the Calabarzon region.
Quezon Public Information Office head, Chief Insp. Elizabeth Capistrano said it is based on shown performance and gained accomplishments of the unit.
In the monthly Performance Evaluation Reports (PER) submittted to Police Regional Office 4-A commander under Chief Supt. Edward Carranza, the QPPO under its commander, Senior Supt. Ramil Montilla showed a remarkable performance and significant accomplishments leaving behind the four other police provincial offices of Calabarzon region, she said.
In the over all score of the region’s five PPOs, Capistrano said the QPPO topped in the Operation, Investigation, Intelligence and Police Community Relation (PCR). Capistrano said QPPO was followed by Laguna PPO, Cavite PPO, Batangas PPO, and Rizal PPO.
In a phone interview, Montilla attributed his command’s achievement to his personnel in the field led by his city and town police commanders with the assistance of his two force commanders and members of his provincial command group.
To keep his men always high morale and motivated, Montilla said he always provide them necessary assistance and logistical support when needed.
