Magandang umaga bati ko sa lahat.
Batang malusog sa inyo’y nakaharap.
 Batang may sigla na  tila nakaangat,
May ngiti sa labi at di naghihirap.

Ang mahal kong ina ay laging may bilin,
Itong kalusugan ay  laging isipin.
Masustansyang pagkain ang ating kainin,
Upang maging malusog at hindi sakitin.
Pag-eehersisyo sa tuwing umaga,
At paggalaw-galaw kahit na antok pa,
Ay gawaing maganda sa tuwi-tuwina,
Upang katawan ay laging masigla.

Kaya mga kaibigan, ako ay pakinggan,
Tanging nais lamang , kayo’y matulungan,
Itong kalusugan tangi nating yaman,
        Dapat mong makamtan at pakaingatan
