Gen. Eleazar
BATANGAS CITY – National Capital Region Polic Office (NCRPO) Director P/Major General GUILLERMO LORENZO T. ELEAZAR was recently honored and awarded with the Lingkod Bayan Award as Most Outstanding Public Servant 2019 by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

Out of 36 nominees received by the CSC, Gen. Eleazar was among the 16 regional winners of whom nine (9) are for the Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award, 4 for Dangal ng Bayan, and 3 for the CSC Pag-Asa award Categories.

“We’ve seen him how he changed the police force, how he led the NCRPO, and how he disciplined the men in uniform. Gen. Eleazar worked for and was able to keep criminality continues to fall down. Napanatili po niya ang patuloy na pagbagsak ng krimen na dating kinatatakutan ng ating mga kababayan. We have achieved peace and order in the area because he focused on it.”

“Walang sini-sino si Gen. Eleazar. Kahit kabaro niya, hindi sinasanto basta nagkasala. Patunay dito ang mga nahuhuling gagong pulis na bumibiktima sa mga inosenteng kababayan natin.

Those are only a few of the good or nice comments thrown to the general when he received the award.

The CSC said crime rate in Metro Manila went down since Gen. Eleazar assumed the NCRPO directorship. He first focused on the internal cleansing of the NCRPO, his management leadership style is excellent and can be implemented all throughout the country so that the crime rate in other regions will also decrease.

The CSC focused on every action of the general in the NCRPO since Day 1, and it recognized his outstanding performance.

Gen. Eleazar was formerty PNP Batangas Provincial Director. Then he was promoted as CALABARZON Regional Director before he was again promoted to his present position as NCRPO Director.

A native of Tagkawayan, Quezon, Gen. Eleazar is a brother of newly elected municipal mayor of Tagkawayan, Hon. Mayor Luis Oscar Tolentino Eleazar.

A multi-awarded police officer, his kababayans in Quezon Province said they are very proud of Gen. Eleazar who, they added, is “guwapo na, magaling na pinuno at mabuting tao pa.”

They also said Gen. Eleazar is worthy of and is very qualified to be the next PNP Chief when PNP Chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde retires.

“Dapat talaga, si Gen. Eleazar ang pumalit. He is the only one na karapat-dapat,” a newly elected municipal councilor in Tagkawayan town stated, as he stressed that he is hoping President Duterte will appoint him to the post.
