TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite – Sixty nine inmates of the Cavite Provincial Jail gained the respect of the audience who witnessed their simple graduation ceremony held at the Visiting area of the Provincial Jail.

The event with the theme, “Pagkakaisa sa Pagkakaiba-iba; Kalidad na Edukasyon Para sa Lahat” confirmed the completion of the 2018 Alternative Learning System (ALS) Accreditation and Equivalency of the inmates who studied hard to learn and pursue their dreams of finishing their studies.

Special guests and speakers to the event were Vice Governor Jolo Revilla and Principal II Norielyn C. Narciso of Kaytitinga National High School in Alfonso, Cavite who both congratulated the graduates and inspired them to continue what they have started to eventually lead a better life.
