RIZAL CITY - Rizal PPO Officer in Charge Police Colonel Renato S Alba reported to Calabarzon Regional Director Police Brigadier General Edward E Carranza the buy bust operation conducted at Antipolo City. PCOL Alba identified the suspects are JEFFREY MAGO Y PABLO at Barok, 32 years old, born on June 4, 1985 in Quezon City, single, Roman Catholic, 5'7" in height, 58 kgs, high school level, and a resident of #105 AFP Housing, Sitio Bayani, C-5 Road, Western Bicutan, Taguig City (Pusher); ROGELIO RAMOS y MINONCIA, 34 years old, born on September 4, 1984 in Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, married, Roman Catholic, 5'6" in height, 55 kgs, high school level, and a resident of Sitio Tibagan II, Brgy. Mayamot, Antipolo City (User); and AINAH CAMILLE DELA CRUZ y MARIANO @ Ainah, 21 years old, single, born on December 13, 1997, Roman Catholic, 5'3" in height, 48 kgs, jobless, high school graduate and a resident of #102 P Mariano St., Tipas, Taguig City (User). and residing at 75 Humility St. Grace Ville Subdivision, Brgy. Pag Asa, Binangonan, Rizal.
Based on the report, at about 2:30 AM of September 4, 2019, Intel/CDEU Operatives and Police Community Precinct 1 personnel of Antipolo City Police Station led by PINSP JOVEN BAGNOT DE GUZMAN JR conducted anti-illegal drug operation (buy bust operation), in line with the early coordination with the PDEA4-A that resulted in the arrest of the target suspect after selling one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu in exchange for Php500.00 buy bust money to the police poseur buyer.
Upon arrest, apprehending officers managed to confiscate from the possession the following pieces of evidence; One (1) pc HSTPS containing suspected shabu (subject of sale); One (1) pc color black coin purse containing; One (1) pc HSTPS containing suspected shabu; One (1) multi color pouch containing; Nine (9) pcs HSTPS containing suspected shabu Two (2) pcs HSTPS containing suspected shabu; and One (1) five hundred peso bill (Php500.00). Total Confiscated Heat Sealed Transparent Plastic Sachet containing white crystalline subtance suspected to be shabu weighs more or less 25 grams.
The arrested suspect was informed his constitutional rights and were brought to Antipolo CPS for investigation together with the confiscated pieces of evidence. Recovered pieces of evidence were marked, inventoried and photographed in the presence of the Barangay Elected Officials, Media Representative and the arrested suspect.
Criminal Complaint for Violation of RA 9165 otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002” is being prepared by Antipolo CPS for filing before the Office of the City Prosecutor, Antipolo City.
