Laguna Police Provincial Director PCOL ELEAZAR PEPITO MATTA reported to CALABARZON Regional Director PBGEN VICENTE DUPA DANAO JR, the arrest of the top 2 most wanted person in San Pedro City for rape in manhunt operation.
PCOL MATTA identified the accused as Alejandro Basol Paguinto Jr. @Toto, 65 years old, jobless, married, a native of San Pedro, Laguna, a resident of No. 142 Quezon Street, Putol, Bgy. San Antonio, San Pedro City, Laguna.
San Pedro City Police Station (CPS) personnel arrested the suspect at 4:00 p.m. of December 31, 2019, in the vicinity of Bgy. San Antonio, San Pedro City, Laguna.

This operation was conducted by virtue of a warrant of arrest dated December 13, 2019, issued by Hon. Nanette M. Austria, Assisting Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 93, San Pedro, Laguna, under criminal case no. 19-14480-A for rape without a recommended bail bond.
