Even though there is a substantial decrease in numbers of firecracker related injuries and casualties compare in the previous years Rizal PPO remains stern in the implementation of the campaign against illegal firecrackers and continuously conducting Police Operations to ensure everyone's safety during the New Year's revelry.

PCOL Alba appeals to the public to report stalls or vendors who are selling illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices to the nearest Police Station. Same goes to the individuals who will indiscriminately fire their firearms during the revelry. Rizal PNP will be steadfast in enforcing the laws without fear or favor to ensure the security and safety of every Rizaleños.
