“Mother Nature is a serial killer. No one's better. Or more creative. Like all serial killers, she can't help the urge to want to get caught. What good are all those brilliant crimes if no one takes the credit? So she leaves crumbs. Now the hard part, why you spend a decade in school, is seeing the crumbs. But the clue's there. Sometimes the thing you thought was the most brutal aspect of the virus, turns out to be the chink in its armor. And she loves disguising her weaknesses as strengths. She's a bitch.” is probably one of the most memorable quotes in a movie given the circumstances during the scene World War Z, a 2013 American apocalyptic action horror film directed by Marc Forster, starring Brad Pitt.

While Filipinos still remember the tragic aftermath that followed typhoons Tisoy and 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck the city of Davao in the Philippines in December, two weeks after New Year 2020, Taal Volcano, began spewing ash, steam and rocks, a move that forced many of the region’s 376,000 villagers to flee their home. Now the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) announced on Sunday, January 26, that the alert level on Taal Volcano was downgraded to Alert Level 3. According to the PHIVOLCS, this indicates a decreased tendency towards hazardous explosive eruption. While Taal’s status was lowered to alert level 3, the threat of a hazardous eruption remains. This is why we should stay vigilant and continue to help people in evacuation centers by donating items they need. Let’s continue to pray for the Philippines.

After experiencing and surviving calamities caused by disruptive climate change, have we finally learned from the past and prepared for future threats? We need to stop sticking our noses in other countries business.

Nature always comes back with a vengeance! Consider this a warning! We’ve seen it happens to our country and other countries experience killer-calamities too.

2020 is the beginning of a new decade. This also marks the beginning of destructive calamities. The climate change effects we see happening in other parts of the world will be experienced at our doorstep. We’re not yet done with the first month of 2020, but it already took so many souls. And now there’s a new disease that’s already killing people and is confirmed to be here in the Philippines.

3rd day of Chinese New Year. The supermarket isle located in Wuhan, Hubei province, in China, begins to look like the post Zombie apocalypse. One week later, on 7 January, Chinese authorities confirmed that they had identified a new virus. The new virus is a coronavirus, which is a family of viruses that include the common cold, and viruses such as SARS and MERS. This new virus was temporarily named “2019-nCoV.”

Allegedly, there's a running list of misinformation spreading about the nCoV. There are not 112,000 dead from the virus. The number of people quarantined has grown to 50 million, according to the Washington Post. Some information on twitter is false. People are not dying in the streets and the director of the World Health Organization did not say that each country is on its own. The origins of the virus are attributed to the seafood and meat market in Wuhan. No evidence connects these images to nCoV. So, beware, unreliable website and some social media accounts are fear-mongering with unsourced information. Do your research and find out the truth.

According to reports, the nCoV death toll exceeded 131 as confirmed infections jumped nearly 60% overnight, with 107 recovered —Hong Kong put significant limits on travel from the mainland —A shortage of test kits prompted concerns that cases have been underreported

The cases are going up drastically quick. Saturday night we only had about 2000 confirmed cases! Hopefully, we see the recovery amount keep going up faster than deaths.

The Philippines have been on High Alert regarding the outbreak of nCov in China. Now here's the thing, there's no cure of the said virus yet. Hundreds of people were infected and some already died. Enough with showbiz matters, this thing should be taken more seriously.

The nCoV is currently an endemic in China but it can easily become a pandemic.

According to some conspiracy theorists, nCov, is a SARS vaccine research or bioweapon program gone wrong. There has been a vaccine gone wrong in the past, but it usually gets addressed quickly. Remember, Dengvaxia? Like the soul purpose of a vaccine is to protect the public with a less dangerous strain and develop immunity to it. The real problem here is the lack of education with these people.

Coronavirus is a term used to describe a virus with a particular structure. My question is: Are all viruses with this structure (coronaviruses) man-made? Swine flu orchestrated?

Yes, there was a nCoV patent filed in 2015. It was for potential vaccine development and only covered the avian strain of nCoV, which affects birds. While the reports are unconfirmed, they are troubling. Connect the dots! TO BE CONTINUED.
