Rizal Police Provincial Director, Police Colonel Renato S Alba reported to Calabarzon Regional Director Police Brigadier General Vicente D Danao Jr. the arrest of two (2) drug personalities during buy bust operation in Binangonan, Rizal

Police Colonel Alba identified the suspects as,

1. Phillip Villarta y Chua, male, 42 years old, married. jobless, Roman Catholic, born on June 16, 1977 at Calumpit, Bulacan and a resident of #90 M.P Cruz, Brgy Ususan, Taguig. 2. Arnhle De Vera y Mina, male, 27 years old, single, high school graduate, Roman Catholic, born on June 07. 1992 at Taguig and a resident of # 118 P. Mariano Street, Brgy Ususan, Taguig.

Based on the report, at about 3.55 AM of January 11, 2020 at Sysna Street, Brgy. Calumpang, Binangonan, Rizal. Anti-illegal Drug buy-bust operation conducted by Binangonan Municipal Police Station under the of supervision of PLTCOL NORMAN T RANON, Officer-in-Charge. Police officer acted as poseur-buyer together with a confidential agent and were able to purchased from the two suspects one (1) piece of small heatsealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) utilizing one (1) piece of one thousand peso bill marked money. Recovered pieces of evidence from the two suspects were one (1) piece of J&T Express plastic bag, four (4) pieces of Knot tied transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, four (4) pieces of medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, twenty one (21) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, one (1) piece of digital weighing scale, one (1) piece of five hundred peso bill believed to be drug money, one (1) unit of Mitsubishi Lancer GLS, color silver and one (1) piece of one thousand peso bill marked money. Recovered suspected shabu has combined approximate weight of more or less 500 grams and with street value of PHP 3,400,000.00
