LUCENA CITY - Combined elements of police and military on Wednesday arrested a suspected New People's Army (NPA) rebel listed as the most wanted felon of Gen. Luna, Quezon.
Quezon police director, Col. Audie Madrideo said Hilario de Roxas, alias Ka Mando, 46, has been facing double murder, multiple attempted murder and frustrated murder with no recommended bail.
Madrideo said the arrest of De Roxas was carried out by joint elements of Gen. Luna police station under Capt. Jun Balilo, 3rd Platoon of 2nd Quezon Provincial Mobile Force Company, Provincial Intelligence Branch, Regional Intelligence Division and 85th Infantry Battalion.
He said the lawmen were armed with warrants of arrest issued by Gumaca Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 and 63 Judge Ma. Chona Pulgar- Navarro when they collared the felon at 10:00a.m.

A native of Catanauan, Quezon, De Roxas is a member of NPA's Apolonio Mendoza Command operating in the Southern part of the province.
He is now detained at the custodial facility of Gen. Luna police station.
