CALAMBA CITY - A leading mall chain in the country has adopted precautionary measures to keep their mall goers safe from the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019 nCoV).
Niña Wong, Public Relations Manager of SM City San Pablo, said SM keeps their mall patrons’ safe by keeping SM Malls clean all the time.
“SM recently deployed their Sanitation Team to clean railings, escalators, elevators and door handles to make sure they got all the public points covered,” Wonh said in a press statement.

“Everyone’s safety, not only our shoppers, but also our front liners are all being given great consideration. SM managament said more cases are likely to be identified in the coming days and that no vaccine to prevent 2019-nCoV infection is available.
It noted that the best way to prevent infection is to avoid being exposed to the virus.
“Same practice has been implemented to all the Laguna Malls including SM City Calmba and SM Sta Rosa, ” added Wong.
