USEC Densing also informed Mayor Tolentino that all the repatriates have been certified 'healthy' to travel and tested negative for coronavirus disease (COVID)-19.
"Their quarantine at sea according to the Portuguese Government have been properly observed and completed. Pursuant to the latest DOH/BOQ guidelines, they are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine upon arrival in the Philippines," Densing added.
