Modesty should prevent people From speculating. Some people always learn the hard way. They take things For granted when they have them - no matter how good they are and let them slip away. They wake up one day wanting them back desperately when they are gone.

The whole country now is i under General Community. Quarantine, with Metro Manila Laguna Province and Cebu Joining the rest, until June 15. (Please correct me if I am wrong). But the problems are still there.

“Wala pa ring masakyan. Limited pa ang byahe.”

“Ay new normal nga. At dapat we observe social distancing pa rin.”

“Ay nakow, paano tayo magumpisa niyan muli? Wala naman pang pansimula ulit? How do we start from nothing?

These are only some side comments heard from the people, not complaining, but only thinking aloud. Now, let’s rewind for awhile.

During the last Quarter of 2019, Batangas and the nearby provinces were rocked by a series of earthquakes. Not so many destructions were caused, but still, there were major damages.

By January 2020, Taal Volcano started to become so restless. And by February, it erupted furiously. The destruction brought about to Batangas was unimaginable, affecting the whole CALABARZON Region IVA.

Most towns in Batangas were put under lockdown, and residents were brought to temporary shelters or evacuation centers.

Fast forward to March, COVID 19 was declared by WHO as a global pandemic.
Lockdown. Enhanced Community Quarantine. No work. Stay home. And the rest, we all know. Everyone knows what hit us, an enemy nobody has ever seen. However, COVID 19 has taught us so many lessons.

Yes.

PROUD TO BE BOTH. Iba talaga ang Pinoy.

Kalispera, thespines. Keep reading. EAGLE’S EYE is watching.
