BACOOR CITY, Cavite - The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Molino 1 rolled out its priority projects to help their fellow residents in the barangay during this health emegergency crisis.

The SK Molino 1 turned-over one unit of Xerox machine and 10 cartons of bond papers each to Bayanan Elementary School and the Bacoor National High School-Main to help the students and teachers in the production of learning modules for the use in the distance learning modality that is adoptive of the New Normal setting of education for the SY 2020-2021.





In support of the campaign for proper hygiene, the group distributed alcohol dispensers and one gallon of alcohol solution each to the subdivision homeowners' associations in the barangay, Barangay Health Center, Bacoor National High School-Main, and to other facilities in Barangay Molino 1.

Likewise, SK Molino 1 gave face shields to all resident employees and workers aged 21-30 years old and is targeting to give 300 face shields in the barangay.

The use of face shields in public places and in the workplace is now a mandatory ruling for health and safety thus the SK is calling on all those in need of face shields to list their names on the SK Molino 1 FB page to be able to get a free face shield.

The successful undertaking of these projects were accomplished thru the leadership of SK Chairperson Ericka Joy Gayamo together with SK Council members and guidance and support of Molino 1 Barangay Captain Leo Boying Dominguez and he youth volunteers as well. (Ruel Francisco/Bacoor PIO)
