Kabilang sa mga ahensiya ng pamahalaan na kasama sa programa ang: TESDA, Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) at maging ang Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO).

(Ruel Orinday-PIA-Quezon)
