Self-love Apps that are highly recommended
How does your day go? Do you seem to be in it or you just go with the flow of that one possibility you didn’t even decide on?
Every day we have our routine, we might not be aware of unconsciously doing it, it becomes our standard habits. The alarm woke you, bed fixed, take a bath, stir a coffee from a 3 in 1 sachet, and go to work. Not bad but we can do better, we decline, of course, cause you tell yourself you have no time. I am curious if you are to reset you morning routine Is it better than your before?
If yes I advise you to adjust your time and make space for your new morning routine for your sake and enlightenment, follow what your mind says, it is your instinct you’re brushing off. This is easy, to begin with, you just need to be consistent. These apps will help you feel less foggy in your morning that pans out to influence your whole day and that's the point of morning routines it is conceived on how you start your day, affecting your whole day and the following day.
3 Apps give rise to the things I didn't appreciate before and I didn't know I needed, waving in front of me. It helps me identify what I want and what I am not because I am fully aware of my callings and it widens my perception about life hacks that all show-up and connects. It’s like a way of noticing that life makes sense because you find to see it with your composed and clean senses
First App is called Stoic. , If you are familiar with the stoics we can be friends already, Stoicism, the name came from philosophical origins that teachings are delivering a slap of their truths we need to flip through. A lot of their teaching is en quoted in the app giving us memos of self-love. This app is a tool for Journaling, writing, and goal-setting, and visualizing. A lot of studies show that Journals gave us a closer view and awareness of who we are base on our writings. The app encourages you to give your day a title. Assuring that each morning will be fantastic because you told it to be. Very useful in the sense that the Reddit reviews say his mental health improved more than with his therapist, cause I figure only you can truly get you, and what you crave and through this technique, it will boil down all your emotions and thoughts that leads to knowing you.
The Second App is Headspace, for meditation. If I were to tell this meditation app to my peers I wouldn’t think they would take this kind of routine as very significant as it is. I kind of even realizes that a lot of ancient people are much wiser than today's who have technology in their hands. This app helps us find a balance for our mental health. It is a journey that helps our mind be in a relaxed state and not be overwhelmed by the things that are worrying us out and if our mind is constantly practiced to be unattached to the noise we will be at our happiest state of ease.
The third and last app that useful to me is called Blinkist it is an audiobook that offers relevant yet masterpieces Book writings from different ages. Every day they give a free audiobook from curated selections. It is a new understanding that tackles sociology, spirituality, philosophy, economics, business, and many more. All pro-human mastery and development that earns us to be familiar and be in the touch in the world we are in.
We shouldn't suppress ourself in finding new routines for our growth as an individual. This transition is important for our soul, mind, and being. It is not always about doing a great job in our work, abundant times it's about the work of making ourselves greater.
