BATANGAS CITY - The Batangas city government has eliminated the use of quarantine pass (QP) every time you leave the house in accordance with Executive Order No. 48 issued by Mayor Beverley Dimacuha, November 17.
It aims to help revive the country's economy overthrown by the COVID19 pandemic.
It will be recalled that the use of the QP was implemented in the city on May 15 until now in conjunction with Batangas City's general community quarantine (GCQ).
According to the Department of Health (DOH), the number of those who test positive for the virus has decreased as the number of recoveries continues to increase.
In this regard, everyone is still instructed to strictly adhere to minimum health and safety protocols such as wearing a face mask when leaving the house, using a face shield, washing or sanitizing hands and social distancing.
Large social gatherings are still prohibited.
