BATANGAS CITY - The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) launched Free Service: TESDA Abot Lahat Kapamilya project recently.

The project aims to provide free check-up and repair of vehicles, appliances and other equipment that were submerged in the floods caused by previous typhoons in the city.

One of the communities that benefited from this project was the residents of Tierra Verde Subdivision in barangay Pallocan West where 400 households were affected by the flash flood caused by typhoon Rolly.

The group of electronic and automotive technicians, TESDA trainers and certified TESDA graduates from the Batangas Provincial Office through the Regional Training Center (RTC) CALABARZON and Provincial Training Center (PTC) in Lipa provided five days free service from November 10.

According to TESDA Batangas, more than 40 households benefited from the first day of implementation of the project.
