(A satirical letter piece to typhoons and if typhoons can answer questions for FB browser to enjoy while waiting for Ulysses to pass)
The problem with you typhoon is that when you're angry with the Metro Manilans and want to express your feeling towards them, you have first to pass-through our place you love the most - the province of Quezon. Sometimes you traversed the Bicol region when they are ignorant of your anger at the great Manilans destroying their places in your path.
Then you passed-by Quezon, calm yourself up but your rain keeps pouring on our place and drowning us in your heavy rain-causing-flood. While in some instances you become successful in your pursuit of the Big City like "TS Ondoy" with a similar path that of Ulysses, please spare us first before you exult all your power to the hilt and punish whom you want to punish.
Sometimes we knew you exited Northern Luzon first collided with another typhoon or that "Fujiwara effect" and lingered back to Manila bringing with you your final strength such as in the case of TS Pepeng but destroying first Central and Northern Luzon.
Please be considerate naman with the other areas or is it because you are angry with us also or with our politicians that's why you trek the same course now and then? If this is your road and you've been there first and we built our cities and towns in your path, where do you want us to go, the US, where the President is named Trump and we be sick with COVID-19? Tell us.
We love our place, our country. Can you just build another road away from us? If you agree to it, then thank you very much, but if not, should we be poor all our lives? Again, we ask that you be considerate to us. We've been at it for a long time even our great-great-grandparents have been telling stories about you. I hope you understand. Thank you for listening or not listening to us.
