The PRC-Batangas Chapter's training was highlighted and emphasized in the training scenario of the rescue scenario while considering the safety of the rescuer.
Batangas Provincial Director PCol. Rex Arvin Malimban said that such training is a big help, especially to their ranks due to the strong typhoons that tested the province of Batangas in recent months.
(with report from PIO Batangas City)
