BATANGAS CITY - The new members of the City Advisory Council (CAC) of the Batangas City Police Station (BCPS) have formally taken the oath of office at the oath-taking ceremony held on January 8.
They are City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer (CDRRMO) Rod dela Roca, Kenneth Magadia, Rey Nelson Amparo, and Esteban Buan.
Magadia, Amparo, and Buan represent the private sector while de la Roca represents the disaster/safety officers of private and public offices and organizations of DRRMOs.
ABC President Dondon Dimacuha was also invited to become a member of the CAC.
The CAC is an advisor and assistant to police members in identifying priority programs and strategic issues in accordance with the PNP ITP-PGS (Patrol Plan 2030).
It also accompanies the PNP technical working group (TWG) in conducting evaluations and amendments of strategies for the effective implementation of police programs.
The CAC is also assisting in raising additional funds to further the implementation of BCPS projects.
BCPS is under the leadership of OIC-Batangas City Police Chief, PLtCol Gerry Laylo.
