LUCENA CITY - Quezon Congressman David “Jayjay” Suarez, 2nd District representative, visited the towns of San Antonio, Candelaria, and Sariaya along with Governor Danilo E. Suarez, Vice Governor Sam Nantes, 2nd District Board Member Yna Liwanag, Former Board Member Bong Talabong, and Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) representative Joel Alcantara.
Along with Governor Danilo E. Suarez, Vice Governor Sam Nantes, 2nd District Board Member Yna Liwanag, Former Board Member Bong Talabong, and Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Representative Joel Alcantara, Quezon Congressman David 'Jayjay' Suarez, 2nd District Representative, visited the municipalities of San Antonio, Candelaria, and Sariaya.
San Antonio is the town the Provincial Government group first set sail to distribute the cash and food subsidy for marginal farmers and fisherfolks of the said town with an estimated 223 beneficiaries.
Next came 321 farmers and fishermen from the town of Candelaria to provide them with the same program.
Before the end of the day, cash and food subsidies were distributed to 168 farmers and fisherfolks, including 3k cash and 2k food subsidies to the marginal beneficiaries of those cities.
While in the message of Vice Governor Nantes and Bokal Yna Liwanag they shared the continued extension of the provincial Governor's programs and projects for their co.
In the message of Governor Suarez, he paid attention to the programs and responses of the Provincial Government for the Quezonians especially the continuous action and assistance for our provinces in the Agriculture sector.
While in the speech of 2nd District Cong. Jayjay Suarez, he mentioned some more development plans for manufactured products and from Quezon Province as part of the continued development of the Agriculture sector in our Province.
The Mayors of the towns are very grateful for the programs and projects delivered by the Provincial Government for their constituencies.
Meanwhile, the representative of the PCA, Mr. Joel Alcantara, shared the objective of providing guidance to farmers on the planting of cacao seedlings, which is one of the opportunities that can give them an opportunity to do so.
Today, gift services continue in the province, which is expected to open up broader opportunities for the people of Quezon Province.
