BATANGAS CITY - Mayor Beverley Dimacuha and Cong. Marvey Mariño gave a Christmas package "Pamaskong handog" to about 500 hospital personnel of 6 private and public hospitals in Batangas City.
This is as a thank you from the Mayor for the hospital workers' concern for their patients especially now the pandemic.
According to Executive Assistant of the Mayor, Allan Cantre, the Mayor and Congressman greatly appreciate their sacrifice. "Sina Mayor mismo ang nagpahanda ng mga pamaskong handog bilang pasasalamat nila sa mga hospital personnel na mas piniling mag-duty kaysa makasama ang pamilya sa noche buena", Cantre added.
Recipients of the Christmas package include doctors, nurse utility workers, and security guards who are on graveyard duty this Christmas eve.
