Laguna Police Provincial Director PCOL SERAFIN FORTUNO PETALIO II reported to CALABARZON Regional Director PBGEN FELIPE R NATIVIDAD, the arrest of the rank #5 regional level most wanted person with a warrant of arrest for rape (3 counts) in a joint operation in San Pablo City, Laguna.

PCOL PETALIO II identified the accused as alias Elmer, 41 years old, married, and a resident in San Pablo City, Laguna.



Report showed that PIT Quezon RID4A, PIT Laguna, RSOU4A and San Pedro City Police Station (CPS) conducted the operation at 10:20 AM on January 9, 2021 in Barangay San Crispin, San Pablo City, Laguna.

The operation was conducted by Virtue of an alias warrant of arrest for the crime of rape (3 counts) under Criminal Case Nr 20812-14-SP dated January 23, 2017, issued by Judge Amy Melba S Belulia of Regional Trial Court, Branch 30, San Pablo City, Laguna.



The accused is now at the temporary custody of San Pedro CPS.
