ANTIPOLO CITY, Rizal - Antipolo City senior citizens who want to be vaccinated against COVID-19 can now register online.
According to a statement on Antipolo City Mayor Andrea Ynares' Official Facebook Page, you can register online at http://bit.ly/antipolobantaycovid or through manual registration in the barangays.
Seniors, on the other hand, are reminded to enlist the assistance of their children, grandchildren, or acquaintances if online registration is difficult.
Because senior citizens are not permitted to leave their homes, they can request that younger relatives or acquaintances contact the barangay vaccine registration help desk.
Seniors are welcome to shop at one of the city's 18 vaccination centers.
Registrants will simply wait for a text or call from the vaccine operations center staff for the vaccination schedule.
It is also necessary to register Department of Health requirements such as a) Antipolo Senior Citizens' ID or two government-issued IDs proving age and address in Antipolo. b) Philhealth number stated on the Philhealth ID or membership data record and; c) medical clearance from the doctor if there are any comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, allergies, and so on.
The city government also reminded residents to follow the DOH's priority list, which prioritizes medical frontliners, senior citizens, and those with comorbidities, while the LGU is still waiting for vaccines purchased for other sectors but can still register with the system while they wait.
