Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite- Cavite Police arrested 7 wanted persons, 16 involved on illegal drugs and 4 involved in other cases during their Daily Anti-Criminality Operations and recorded 3,980 violators of Minimum Health Protocols under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) over the last 24 hours.

In the campaign against wanted persons, Norma Bunnao y Salavatera listed as Top Nr 1 in Most Wanted Person in Cavite Police Provincial Office was arrested by personnel of General Trias PNP for Swindling Estafa (11 counts) under Criminal Case No. 3470 CL to 3475, 3488 CL to 2492 CL. Five (5) other wanted persons were arrested for the crime of Homicide in Imus City; Qualified Theft in Noveleta; Violation of RA 7610 (Child Abuse) in General Trias City; Acts of Lasciviousness in Tanza; Unjust Vexation in GMA, Cavite and Violation of RA 8282 (Social Security Act of 1997) arrested in Biñan, Laguna.



In the campaign against illegal drugs, sixteen (16) individuals were arrested in 7 buy-bust operations in Dasmariñas City, Bacoor City, Cavite City, General Trias City and GMA, Cavite which resulted in the confiscation of 36 pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected as shabu, drug money and other drug paraphernalia.

Two (2) suspects were arrested for the crime of Adultery and Concubinage in Trece Martires City, one (1) for stabbing incident in Tanza, and the other one (1) suspect involved in a vehicular accident in GMA, Cavite.



Out of 3,980 GCQ violators reported, 446 without face masks, 644 wore improper face masks, 1,724 without face shields, 770 wore improper face shields, 8 violated mass gathering, 29 violated the social distancing, and 359 violated the curfew hours. Cavite Police gave warning to 3,456 violators, 402 paid fines, 115 undergone community services and 7 were charged for other offenses.

CAVITE PNP will continue its unwavering efforts to eradicate all forms of illegal activities within the province and will keep on reinvigorating its anti-criminality campaigns.
