IMUS, Cavite - In line with Double Barrel Alpha Reload, Imus City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit Personnel conducted Anti- Illegal Drugs “Buy-Bust” operation on May 31, 2021 around 08:50pm at Brgy. Alapan 1-A, Imus City, Cavite which resulted to the arrest of Jon Vincent Ecleo y MNU@ VIN and Ernesto Barromeo Jr y Sevireno.
Imus CPS SDEU operation resulted in the arrest of subject person and his buyer after selling one (1) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected “shabu” to police officer who acted as poseur buyer worth Php 300 and while conducting search following a lawful arrest confiscated from their possession and control are another Three (3) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu and buy bust money of Three hundred Peso bill.
Suspects were apprised of their constitutional rights of dialect known to them, but opted to remain silent in the absence of their chosen counsel.
Criminal charges for Violation of Sec 5 & Section 11 Article 2 of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous act of 2002) are being prepare by this office for filing before the Office of the City/Provincial Prosecutor.
This Unit continuously strengthening its campaign against illegal drugs and other kinds of criminality.
