AMADEO, Cavite - To combat the spread of COVID-19, the Amadeo local government began implementing localized granular lockdowns in some of their community's barangays at 6 a.m. on September 2.
The affected barangays are Banaybanay, Pangil, Tamacan, and parts of Poblacion 6.
Only residents with a quarantine pass will be allowed out of their homes from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Sept. 2 to 12.
Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) are required to undergo daily health monitoring through their respective Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERT).
Meanwhile, four other barangays have been identified as COVID-19 areas of special concern and will be closely monitored by the LGU. These are Barangays Halang, Loma, Maitim 1st, and Maymangga.
