TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite —The City Government here unveiled the proposed park Project which coincides with the celebration of the 125th Death anniversary and Martyrdom of the 13 Martyrs of Cavite, Monday, September 13, 2021.
The unveiling ceremony was led by City Mayor Gemma Buendia-Lubigan together with the members of the Team Bagong Trece.
Mayor Lubigan disclosed that the project will be using the city government’s funds coming from the residents’ tax payments.
According to Lubigan, the park is envisioned to be the premier sports and recreational destination in the city.
“The plan includes the gymnasium, outdoor amphitheatre, grand plaza, bike lanes, joggers’ lane, skate park, children’s playground, outdoor fitness area, and retail & outdoor dining,” stated Lubigan.
The master plan shows the coverage of the overall project with construction commencing on said date.
It is the city government’s practice to show transparency thru its ability to promote and implement projects in the way the taxpayers money are spent or used properly and wisely.
The commencement of the construction of this project and other projects which will be revealed in the coming days prove to show that despite the ongoing health crisis, the city remains resilient and unperturbed with its desire to improve the lives of the people thru development of these initiatives.
