Covid-19 vaccination program in Silang, opens

SILANG, Cavite - The Silang local government has released at least 2,000 vaccination slots last November 2.

According to Mayor Corie Poblete, 1,000 vaccination slots have been opened at the Premier Plaza Mall, and 1,500 have been opened at Cavite State University.

The mayor added that walk-in vaccines can now be received including resident healthcare workers, senior citizens, persons with comorbidities, essential workers and indigent residents aged 18 and above.

Those who got vaccinated bring a valid ID and their own ballpen. They comply with the minimum public health standards set by the local government such as wearing a face mask and face shield.

Vaccination postponed for those who experience symptoms such as cough, cold, and fever. Nor can those who test positive or become close to a positive for Covid-19.
