COVID numbers continue to decline in Biñan




BIÑAN CITY, Laguna — According to the city government, there are only 44 active cases of Covid-19 in Bian after the successive recovery of patients affected by infectious diseases.

On, October 25, 12 patients were added to the number of cured which in total reached 7,826.



The number of new Covid-19 cases being reported in the city is also slowing or decreasing. Only one new case of Covid-19 was recorded today, according to the Bian City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit.

Despite the ongoing decline in the number of Covid-19 cases, everyone is still advised to follow the designated minimum health standards in order to protect themselves from such diseases.



Residents of the city are encouraged to participate in the comprehensive vaccination program as additional protection against Covid-19's chronic symptoms.

Those who want to get vaccinated can register or book an appointment online at Southwoods Mall Drive Thru for October 26 to October 29.



According to the Bian City Health Office, residents in 4-wheeled vehicles, as well as e-bike and tricycle users, are eligible for drive-thru vaccination. The office also reminded vaccine recipients to ensure that someone else is driving the vehicle they will be using. (report from Biñan City Health Office, City Health Office 1)
