BATANGAS CITY - The municipal government of Sto. Tomas and La Consolacion College Tanauan (LCCT) recently for its scholarship program.

A program like this would provide eligible college students or incoming freshmen with a full scholarship grant. It will be funded in part by the city government of Sto. LCCT and Thomas
