CALAMBA, Laguna - Laguna was placed first in the National Vaccination Days, which were held from November 29 to December 1, 2021.
The province received this achievement in recognition of the Department of Health, the Department of Interior and Local Government, and the National Task Force against COVID-19.
In total, the province registered 272,000 jabs, the most in the country. This equates to 129 percent of the target, second only to Quezon.
From the post of Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez, he is very happy because many Lagunenses have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
He sincerely thanked all the LGUs and the doctors, nurses, other healthcare workers, and volunteers who provided their services to make Bayanihan, Bakunahan sa Laguna a success.
