LUCENA CITY - A recent Turn-Over of Command Ceremony was conducted to welcome the new Officer-in-Charge of the Lucena City Police Station.

The activity was led by PCol. Joel Villanueva, Provincial Director of the Quezon Police Provincial Office, and took place in the QPPO conference room at Camp General Nakar in Barangay Gulang-Gulang.



The command was handed from the outgoing Chief of Police of the LCPS, PLt. Col. Romulo Albacea, to the incoming Officer-in-Charge, PLt. Col. Reynaldo Reyes.

The police welcomed Reynaldo to join them in providing services to the people of Lucena city.



It is hoped that Reynaldo as OIC will be able to continue the proper management of the LCPS and its various programs in collaboration with the entire city police force.

In the same activity, the QPPO ​​also awarded Albacea a plaque of recognition as a sign of her invaluable service to the security of the Lucenahin in the past years as its Chief of Police.



He also thanked his colleagues in the service and said that he asked for the continued growth of the good aspirations of the Lucena PNP throughout the city, especially among its people. (with reports from PIO Lucena/Josa Cruzat)
