ANTIPOLO CITY - The Department of Agriculture (DA) distributed approximately 215 sacks of rice seeds and 215 sacks of urea fertilizers to farmers in Antipolo City.
Of the total number of rice seeds, 155 sacks were inbred while 60 were hybrid.
Councilors Bobot Marquez and Nixon Aranas helped with the distribution.
The local government is very grateful for the housing assistance provided by the agency.
“Siguradong madami ang magiging tanim at ani ng ating mga rice farmers. Salamat po sa Department of Agriculture dahil sa inyong walang-sawang pagsuporta sa ating mga magsasaka,” said Antipolo Mayor Andrea Ynares.
