Gumaca LGU to intensify peace and order campaign

GUMACA, Quezon - The Gumaca Municipal Peace and Order Council and the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council intend to intensify their programs to maintain the peace in their town, so a meeting was held in the municipal conference room on February 10, 2022.

Gumaca Mayor Webster Letargo headed over the meeting, which was attended by MLGOO Pierre Vladimir Palogan, as well as leaders and representatives from agencies such as the Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and other town government offices, who discussed their plans to address the town's security situation.



The local government reviewed the response of each office to the responses they made to the situations and encounters threatening the peace.

It also discussed the measures, surveillance and response taken to situations and encounters threatening the peace of our people.



Mayor Webster Letargo thanked the police and soldiers for maintaining order in their town.

Letargo also assured the local government’s continued support to maintain peace in their town. (with reports by We Love Gumaca)
