BATANGAS CITY - Governor DoDo Mandanas directed the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO), led by Engr. Gilbert P. Gatdula despite the COVID-19 pandemic, is continuing the Batangas Provincial Government's important infrastructure projects as part of their "Handog Imprastrakturang Maayos" program.
According to the office's recently released report, several Barangay/Farm to Market Roads in the province's Fourth District have been repaired and completed, including in Rosario's Barangay Macalamcam A and San Juan's Barangay Talahiban I.
The Barangay/Farm to Market Road in the province's Fifth District has also been completed, including in Batangas City's Barangay Banaba East. Furthermore, the Footbridge in Barangay Tabangao-Ambulong is being built (Phase II).
Moreover, to ensure the safety and security of the people, the construction of Street Lighting Systems on the provincial roads in the Fourth District in the part of Barangay Quilo-Quilo North in Padre Garcia will also continue.
Meanwhile, the construction of the Home Economics Building of Nasugbu East Central School in the First District of the province located in Barangay Lumbangan in Nasugbu town has been completed. (with reports from Janssen Olimba - Batangas Capitol PIO)
