SILANG, Cavite - In order to support the education sector, the Silang local government provides 680 cellphones to students in the area recently.
Because most schools still use the distance learning system, the gadget help the LGU in speeding up student-teacher contact.
“Sabay sabay tayong babangon sa pandemyang ito. Laban kabataan, laban para sa makabagong pag-aaral,” said Silang Mayor Corie Poblete on her page.
Students from Kindergarten to Grade 10 in Tagaytay City's public schools have already returned to school as part of the extended Face-to-Face Classes.
With the reopening of the schools, the Tagaytay City Health Office and the Sangguniang Barangay guaranteed their safety and maintained compliance to relevant health protocols.
