MONTALBAN, Rizal - The local government is targeting more children aged 5 to 11 in Montalban town to be vaccinated to provide protection against Covid-19 disease.
By starting vaccination at selected pilot sites in the town, the local government is ensuring that the free vaccination will be even closer to children.
In this regard, the pediatric vaccination will take place on Monday, April 4 in St Joseph College Balite which is supervised by the staff of the Municipal Health Office.
Meanwhile, the town still has Zero Covid-19 cases but the public is still being advised not to be complacent and comply with all minimum health standards even though Rizal province has been downgraded to Alert Level 1.
Designated vaccination sites in the town are also open for residents and neighboring towns who have not been vaccinated against the disease. (with reports from Maine Odong, PIA4A)
