DASMARIÑAS, Cavite - The first Housing Clinic for Homeowners' Association Officers was recently held at the Animo Center in Dasmariñas, Cavite, led by HOA Affairs Head Mr. Daniel Jake Padar and HAFCOD President Shirley Tornea.

The main objective of this gathering is to further educate the various HOA Officers in the City of Dasmariñas on RA9904, also known as "The Magna Carta of Homeowners and Homeowners' Association."



Vice Mayor Rex Mangubat, Sangguniang Panlalawigan BM Nickol Austria, and SPM Kiko Barzaga also spoke to the HOA Officers during the two-day Housing Clinic.

DHSUD Mayor Jenny Barzaga expressed heartfelt gratitude to Atty Roby Otero, Louie Odiamar, Nini Sanchez, and other guest speakers who provided more information to residents about the basic functions and rules and regulations of a Homeowners' Association Officer.



"Isa na namang sektor sa ating Mahal na Lungsod ang ating natulungan upang mas mapayabong pa ang kanilang kaalaman sa pagiging effective and efficient leaders sa bawat Subdivision na kanilang pinaglilungkuran. Hiling ko na sa lahat ng Hoa Officers ay maging mabuti tayong Public Servant at isa-puso at isip natin ang layuning makatulong sa ating mga constituents at hindi ang ituring natin ang sarili na tayo ay mas mataas sa kanila."
