LEMERY, Batangas — Lemery's local government is laying out its plan to provide free dialysis to residents in need.
Mayor Ian Kenneth Alilio recently met with NephroMed Asia Dialysis Center representatives to discuss their plans to build a Free Dialysis Center.
The NephroMed Asia Dialysis Center has conducted an ocular inspection of the PNB Building and Puericulture Clinic, the location of the dialysis center.
The local government is also waiting for the Demolition Order of the Commission on Audit (COA) to start the project.
According to Alilio, dialysis to treat a patient's illness is a big challenge for a family.
The availability of said service is a step toward meeting the needs of sick residents.
One of Alilio's priorities is the construction of a Dialysis Center to assist its citizens undergoing dialysis, particularly those unable to support their treatment.— (with report from Lemery LGU)
