CALAMBA CITY, Laguna — In conjunction with the hospital's 70th anniversary, the Laguna Provincial Government inaugurated a new CT scan and imaging center at Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial District Hospital in Calamba City.

Governor Ramil Hernandez and Laguna 2nd District Representative Ruth Mariano Hernandez personally attended the blessing of the new facility.



“Ang pagsasaayos ng mga pasilidad at mga bagong kagamitan ay bahagi pa rin ng kagustuhan nating mapaghusay ang serbisyo sa mga ospital ng lalawigan.”, said the governor.

According to Dr. Eloisa Daza Inano, Chief of Hospital of JP Rizal Memorial District Hospital, the new equipment is a big help for the people who choose their hospital for treatment.



The provincial government will announce when the CT scan and image center will be operational, pending a government license. The personnel assigned to manage the facility are still in training. (with report from Laguna PIO)
