ANGONO, Rizal - The Angono Police has reported the arrest of two suspects who have been dubbed the most wanted people in Rizal due to kidnapping charges.

The accused couple were identified as Mario Mefragata Navarro, ranked as the No. 5 most wanted person provincial level, native of South Cotobato, married, driver, and Fe Mefragata Ruiz, ranked as the No. 6 most wanted person provincial level, native of Santiago Isabela, married, housewife, currently living in Brgy. Rizal's Freedom Angono.



The two personalities were arrested in the manhunt operation conducted by the warrant section of the Angono Municipal Police Station led by PLT. Mark Lowie Tarroquin, team leader, at 6:00 p.m.on September 5 in Brgy. Kalayaan Angono,Rizal.

The accused are currently being detained at the Angono Custodial Facility awaiting trial, and no bail has been set for their temporary release.



The arrest of the suspects is the result of an intensified campaign against all types of criminality. The Rizal PNP protects Rizaleños from evil elements.

The police are on the streets 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are able to maintain peace and order throughout the province by conducting regular Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO). (with reports from Rizal Ppo Pio)
