BARAS, Rizal - In collaboration with Samahan sa Pinugay ng mga may Kapansanan, the SK of Barangay Pinugay, Baras, Rizal distributed gifts to 120 youth with special needs recently.

This is part of the program called Oplan PWD-E that aims to offer help and fun for the youth.



Oplan PWD-e is one of SK Pinugay's Simultaneous Programs that wish to extend a small gift, happiness, appreciation, and support to our youth with special needs.

Regardless of the situation, you can see the joy and happiness in their eyes at the surprises brought by the said program. The children welcomed and participated in the said program.



This is just one of the programs that aim to make the Pinugayeño Youth with disabilities feel that the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Pinugay and the Association are partners in dealing with their situation.
